The Thwaites 2 Tonne electric dumper is manufactured for contractors and hirers who want to combine maximum performance with zero emissions and increased safety. This fully electric dumper reduces risks and operational costs whilst meeting the strictest environmental requirements.

• Hi-Swivel

The machine is powered by four maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries with a system voltage of 48 V and a total capacity of 22 kWh. This energy package provides enough power for efficient and reliable operation throughout the working day.

Two high-efficiency electric motors – one for the drive and one for the hydraulic functions – provide precise control, excellent manoeuvrability and performance that fully match the quality and reliability Thwaites is known for.

The Thwaites electric wheel dumper with 180° rotatable high dump bucket (Hi-Swivel) is designed with performance, safety and the environment in mind. Charging is possible via a standard 230 V socket or with an external fast charger, ensuring maximum flexibility on the construction site.

Each dumper is equipped as standard with:

• SAHR handbrake (spring-assisted with hydraulic release).
• ROPS safety roll bar.
• Tow bar.
• LED beacon.
• Full LED Road lighting including daytime running lights.
• Acoustic reversing alarm.
